  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or weather.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. My HoneyB Store is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our bath, body, and home products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to change of mind, allergies, or personal preferences.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.

  • We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 

Cancellations

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, My HoneyB Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
